FAR PART 91- PRIVATE (SINGLE ENTRY AUTHORIZATION / AIU)

  1. Airworthiness certificate.
  2. Current Aircraft Registration.
  3. Worldwide insurance stating Mexico is not excluded or Mexican Insurance stating “USO PRIVADO” which means Private use.
  4. Pilots Licenses (both sides with aircraft type rating)
  5. Crew medical certificates (dated within the last 12 months)
  6. Complete crew & passenger information (GENDECS) including full name, phone number, DOB, gender, nationality, passport number, passport expiration date, passport issue Country and Country of residence.
  7. Layout of Passengers Accommodations (LOPA) or a Picture of the aircraft interior showing the seating configuration.
  8. Please specify if you have a valid AIU (Single Entry Authorization) which is valid for 180 days since the issuing date.

FAR PART 135 – CHARTER WITH NO BLANKET PERMIT (SINGLE EVENT LANDING AUTHORIZATION)

  1. Airworthiness certificate.
  2. Current Aircraft Registration.
  3. Worldwide insurance stating Mexico is included.
  4. Mexican Insurance policy for “commercial use” issued by a Mexican entity (Insurance Policy acceptable per aircraft fleet). Please include payment receipt or seal.

  5. Air Carrier Certificate (U.S. AOC) or/and EOC.
  6. FAA D085 form/aircratf listing.
  7. Power of attorney letter (AFAC POA sample attached) please fill out the Spanish version with the Company name as stated in Air Carrier. Please ensure is signed by the 2 witnesses and it is notarized.
  8. Pilots licenses (both sides with type rating)
  9. Crew medical certificates (dated within the last 06 months at least)
  10. Complete crew & passenger information (GENDECS) including full name, phone number, DOB, gender, nationality, passport number, passport expiration date, passport issue Country and Country of residence.

MEXICO CHARTER BLANKET PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

The process for Part 135, Part 121, Part 125, Cargo or Ambulance to obtain a Mexican Indefinite Blanket Permit (IBP) takes up to eighteen months once complete and correct paperwork have been submitted. Documents needed:

  1. General power of attorney on our behalf apostilled and notarized* Attached, please fill out both sections.

  2. Copies of Registration and Airworthiness certificates for all the tail numbers on your fleet to be included.
  3. Mexican and Worldwide Insurance stating commercial use and including the tail numbers on your fleet. *Colored copies are fine
  4. Air Operator Certificate (should mention company name)
  5. Articles of Incorporation (apostilled and notarized) *Original
  6. Operations Specifications Manual
  7. General Operations Manual
  8. -Do85 (listing all the aircraft to be included in the permit).
  9. -ELT letter with updated equipment requirements.
    *Attached to be signed by the Director of Maintenance or Director of Operations
  10. Mexican AIP Manual (we will buy this on your behalf if you don’t have one already)
  11. OST FROM 4507/6410
  12. Questionnaire
    *Attached please only fill out Spanish version. English version only for reference
  13. Certified FAA letter stating aircraft is equipped with the new requirement according to NOM-008- SCT3-2002 (Minimum Equipment List MEL)
  14. Safety Manual issued in Country of origin.
  15. Mexican Insurance Subscription approval before the AFAC

  16. Noise Certificates for all of the aircrafts to be included.

THE FIRST PROCESS OF THE PERMIT IS TO OBTAIN A SECURITY MANUAL AGAINST ACTS OF UNLAWFUL

For this purpose, we need:

  1. Pay 50% of total cost in advance.
  2. Company logo as an electronic file (JPG, PDF or similar)
  3. Your complete company address.
  4. Information regarding each aircraft (weights, three view draw, engine serial numbers, seat configuration, aircraft serial number, year of construction, etc.)
  5. Company organizational chart (Company Hierarchy Chart)
  6. Company directory (list of employees with phone numbers and e-mail addresses)
  7. Image showing hangar location in home-based airport.
  8. Native security manual approved by your aviation authority and its official authorization.

MEXICAN OVERFLIGHTS

  1. SENEAM PoA Manny duly filled out: dated, on company´s letterhead, hand-signed on both sides including the 2 witnesses, and with blue ink
  2. Registration certificates.
  3. Airworthiness certificates.
